Cookie Policy
The small amount of browser storage this website uses, and the third-party content it loads.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, work in the same way. In this policy “cookies” covers both.
What we use
We use only what is strictly necessary to provide a feature you have asked for. Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) this does not need your consent.
- sgh-shortlist (local storage): remembers the homes you save with the heart button, so they are still there when you come back. It stays on your device until you clear it and is never sent to us.
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies. If we ever add any, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Content from other services
Some content is delivered by other organisations. When your browser loads it, they receive your IP address and technical details such as your browser type, and may set their own cookies under their own policies.
- Listing and area photographs, served by Sanity’s image network and by Wikimedia.
- Representative interior photographs, served by Unsplash.
- Maps on listing pages, provided by OpenStreetMap.
Fonts and the rest of the site are served from our own domain.
Managing cookies
You can remove saved homes at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking storage will not stop the website working, but your saved homes will not be remembered.
For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
