Accessibility
How we try to make this website usable by everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated 5 November 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find a home with us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet had a formal independent audit.
What we have done
- The whole site works with a keyboard, with visible focus on every control.
- Photo galleries work with buttons, arrow keys and swipes, and every photograph has a text description.
- Controls and form fields are labelled for screen readers.
- Motion respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and pages scroll natively.
- Text can be enlarged and the layout adapts to small screens.
Known limitations
- The embedded OpenStreetMap on listing pages is provided by a third party and is difficult to use without a mouse. Each home’s address is given in text.
- The area guide map is a simplified illustration. The same information is given in the written panels beside it.
